We’re growing fast, the demand for Custom Software is on the rise. Businesses understand that they’re diluting their process and sacrificing productivity using Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions. This rise in demand means we need to bolster our ranks and that is exactly what we have been doing.
Since our last ‘Meet the Team’ blog we have introduced 9 new members to the team all with their own areas of speciality and skills. As these are combined they enhance the efficiency and capability of all stages of our project and development lifecycle, in addition to adding a wealth of new experience we can call upon.
We are proud to introduce:
Dale is our Solutions Architect, responsible for helping us to further understand your business during the discovery phase by creating a comprehensive list of requirements and specifications, in line with your business challenges and priorities. Dale will analyse your end to end processes in order to ensure that your system requirements are comprehensive, holistic and leave no stone unturned.
Matt is our designer who works closely with Dale to create conceptual wireframes based on client requests and specifications. He has a wealth of design experience including websites, apps, marketing documentation, user interfaces and branding. In addition to supporting our work with clients Matt also works on many internal design projects.
Our latest recruit is Liz, she is our new Project Manager and is proving to be a vital member of our team already. She keeps developers in form and ensures that there is consistent, clear and regular communication between the development team and our clients in order to keep everyone happy and on track. In line with Agile methodology Liz also undertakes daily and weekly sprint reviews with our developers to ensure time and task management is as efficient as possible.
Next on the list of new starters is Ashley. He is a very talented developer who works alongside the rest of the team to build our client's solutions. Ashley is currently working on an all encompassing EPOS system with hardware integration, as well as quote management, job management, CRM and stock management.
Another of our new yet experienced developers is Mark, who is currently working on an exciting new product development for an existing customer. He's fast become a valued member of the Langley Foxall team who brings another unique set of skills as well as a great deal of passion for the work he does.
Max joined us as another developer and has since had a hand in a variety of projects. He works closely with support in order to ensure that our client's expectations are regularly exceeded and that their systems continue to operate to the highest degree long after the initial deployment.
We have also recruited two senior developers, one of whom is Jordan who joined the team a few months ago now and has been handling some very exciting projects. The latest is an all encompassing system that includes integration with Xero, quote management, order management, job management, CRM, as well as including some impressive features throughout to help the customer maximise their efficiency. In his spare time you can find Jordan regularly contributing to open source discussions and working on new and exciting technologies.
Our second newly recruited senior developer is Rob, another very talented individual who comes with a wealth of experience in database development, design and management, in addition to web based technologies. He's been working on an exciting lead generation sales tool for a customer recently and also helps to mentor several of our other developers.
Another of our assets is Fraser; our Service Delivery Manager. Fraser is the go to guy if you need any help after your system has been built and deployed into a live environment. Fraser manages the Langley Foxall Support Service and is there to ensure all of our clients are looked after in terms of issue resolution, Service Level Agreements, system knowledge, training and more.
All of our new team members continue to amaze us everyday with their variety of talents and different skills, across a range of fields. This results in a multitude of talent under one roof. We are exceptionally proud of how much the team improves daily and how many learnings we can take away from each project, not just as individuals but also as a team.
