Easy Living Mobility wanted to reduce the levels of admin and continue growth.


ELM first expressed an interest in creating a service management system to handle their daily processes in the office. Throughout the development lifecycle the project has since advanced and the client now has an e-commerce site, epos system, and an administration panel that overlooks the entire operations throughout the business.

Beforehand the client predominantly had paper based processes which had been time consuming and proving more difficult to manage effectively with growth. By investigating and producing a digital tailored solution they aim to improve their processes across the operation.

The implementation of the system is expected to result in a drastic reduction in admin. The majority of their processes will now be automated, as each aspect of the system communicates with each other. It will also take away the need for spreadsheets and paper-based systems. This reduction will allow ELM to focus on other aspects of the business instead of paperwork.


With a focus on ELM’s customer and user experience throughout development, the sales process has been optimised within stores and online through the creation of an in store epos system and an online E-Commerce system.

Having all of the data in one place will help ELM create and manage their franchise model and will make it easier to analyse the data for business intelligence. It will also ensure that management can track stock and orders, effectively managing sales.


From system admin through to day to day in-store interactions, we are developing a solution to automate and reduce the length of the process, to allow ELM to focus on other aspects of the interaction for customer satisfaction. From a business perspective this will also allow ELM to statistically complete more transactions and manage the process easily.
